Fujifilm Wako offers a lineup of molecular biology reagents that have been tested for DNase and RNase activities by electrophoresis or fluorescence methods. The reagents cause no change in the migration patterns of the substrate (DNA/RNA) during electrophoresis. DNase/RNase activities are below the detection limit by the fluorescence method. They are suitable as standard reagents for molecular biology experiments where degradation of DNA/RNA must be avoided.
